From his early days as a student leader to launching impactful initiatives like Better Homes Kingston—achieving a 64% reduction in residential emissions—Cedric has consistently pushed the boundaries of energy efficiency. As a passionate educator, he pioneers engaging training methods that inspire youth in STEM and sustainability. His accomplishments, including raising over $1 million for Indigenous youth and developing AI-driven sustainability tools, reflect his commitment to creating a greener, more equitable future.

As an Energy Coach at Sustainable Kingston, Wes has been instrumental in guiding homeowners toward energy-efficient solutions for the past two years. His background includes working with Aerecura Sustainable Builders, where he specialized in sustainable construction techniques, and as a Service Technician at ENERCON, maintaining and optimizing wind turbines to ensure peak performance. With a strong foundation in renewable energy systems and a passion for empowering communities, Wes is dedicated to driving sustainable change through practical solutions and education.

    Gabriel Nadeau

    REGISTERED ENERGY ADVISOR

    Gabriel Nadeau is a dedicated energy professional passionate about helping homeowners reduce their carbon footprint and improve energy efficiency. A graduate of St. Lawrence College's Energy Systems Engineering Technician program, Gabriel has conducted over 150 pre-retrofit evaluations and more than 200 post-retrofit assessments in just two years. As a Registered Energy Advisor affiliated with Green Communities Canada, he delivers high-quality EnerGuide rating services and is undergoing specialized training in heat pump sizing. Gabriel's commitment to delivering personalized and impactful energy solutions makes him a vital member of our team.

    Ian Kilborn is a seasoned energy management consultant with over two decades of experience in energy auditing, renewable energy design, and building energy modeling. As a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager, Ian has worked extensively with Indigenous communities, institutions, and residential clients, providing expert guidance on energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. His work spans technical writing, curriculum development, and hands-on consulting, with recent projects including large-scale solar installations and international training programs. Ian’s passion for sustainability, combined with his deep technical expertise, makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

With over a decade at St. Lawrence College, Jason has honed his expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), building automation protocols, and 3D modeling. His extensive technical skill set includes maintenance and repair, software development, and process optimization for energy-efficient systems.
